New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of St Helens’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of St Helens’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

The Starting Gate, a pub, bar or nightclub at 129 Chain Lane, St Helens was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on April 25.

And Wong's Fish And Chips, a takeaway at Wongs Takeaway, 72 Gartons Lane, Clock Face was given a score of two on April 25.
