A Sefton takeaway has been handed a new two-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Marmaris Southport Ltd, a takeaway at 167 Eastbank Street, Southport, Merseyside was given the score after assessment on September 20, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Sefton's 262 takeaways with ratings, 185 (71%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
