New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Sefton’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Birkers, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 4a Liverpool Road, Birkdale was handed a two-out-of-five rating after assessment on September 19.

And Sandon Crown Takeaway, a takeaway at 87 Sandon Road, Birkdale, Merseyside was given a score of four on September 19.
