Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa, a pub, bar or nightclub at Formby Hall Golf Club, Southport Old Road, Formby was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on January 18.

And Jade View Yummy Yum Ltd, a takeaway at 8 Red Lion Shopping Centre, Liverpool Road North, Maghull was given a score of three on January 18.
