Both Liverpool and Everton have experienced very different fates since 2016, but both are in the league's top 10.

A great deal has happened in the Premier League since 2016, but it is clear that the two Merseyside clubs have seen very different fortunes across that time.

Pep Guardiola arrived in that year and they have gone on to to dominate the league with five title victories in six years, with Jurgen Klopp's 2019/20 side the only team to break the mould.

Everton were challenging for Europe prior to the previous few seasons which have been spent battling relegation but feature higher than many would think in comparison to the rest of the table.

Therefore, ahead of the return of Premier League, we've decided to look at what a combined table of the top 10 teams looks like from all the results since 2016.
