The UK’s largest independent flower show is famous for captivating show gardens, the Grand Floral Marquee, live music and celebrity appearances, which this year included Mr Tumble, Rachel Riley and Great British Bake Off star Lizzie Acker.
The 2023 Southport Flower Show ran from Thursday to Sunday and tens of thousands of people descended on the festival at Victoria Park over the four days. Visitors could easily be spotted leaving the festival clutching bags full of plants and flowers.
