Saints have allowed two members of their first team squad to go out on loan.
Prop forward Jordan Hand, 21, will join Super League club Wakefield Wildcats and 20-year-old hooker Matty Fozard, 20, is set to move to Championship outfit Batley Bulldogs.
Both loan deals will be for a month and there is no recall.
Saints chief executive Mike Rush said: “Both Matty and Jordan need to be playing regularly.
“There is strong competition for places in our own squad and, therefore, we are more than grateful to Batley and Wakefield for agreeing to these moves.
“We will monitor their progress and of course wish them luck for the next month.”
Hand had been due to be on loan with Whitehaven this season but, following a change of coach at that club, and their dual-registration commitments, Saints have explored other options.
