Clock Face Miners, who are making their first appearance in the opening round of the Rugby League Challenge Cup, have been drawn at home to National Conference League rivals Siddal.
Thatto Heath will entertain fellow National Conference outfit Stanningley, while North West Men’s League club Haydock are away to Shaw Cross Sharks, also from the National Conference set-up.
Millon are the outfit which have been handed the plum tie against Serbian outfit Red Star Belgrade.
Ties will be played between January 25-26 next year.
Wigan and the rest of last season’s Super League top-eight enter the competition at round five. The other four top-flight sides enter the previous round.
