Roby named in England World Cup squad

Saints ace James Roby has been called up to England’s World Cup - but there is no place in the side for Jon Wilkin or Jonny Lomax.

Roby is the only St Helens player to make Steve McCormack’s squad.

Former Saint James Graham is also included.

Wilkin, who served as England captain last year, is among a number of big names not to make the squad. Adrian Morley and Earl Crabtree were left out of the final line-up.
