Pilkington Recs - Cup giant killers of yesteryear - are reliving their glory days.

The St Helens club stormed into the fourth round of the Ladbrokes RL Challenge Cup with a 13-0 victory over Kingstone Press Championship One outfit London Skolars at Ruskin Drive on Saturday.

Tries came from Andrew and Kyran Knapper and two goals and a drop goal from Greg Smith.

Coach Kurt Haggerty will now be keeping his fingers crossed for a favourable draw in the next round which will be conducted on Tuesday night at the White Lion, Swinton, by former Saints skipper Paul Wellens and Adrian Morley - both past cup winners.

Ties will be played on the weekend of March 19-20.
