Saints forward Mark Flanagan could be allowed to leave Langtree Park at the end of the season.
The 27-year-old is out of contract this year and despite maintaining he wants to stay at Saints he believes it is “doubtful” he’ll be offered a new deal.
Flanagan joined Saints from West Tigers in the NRL.
The utility forward can play anywhere in the back-row, and even operated at scrum-half during Saints injury-depleted Grand Final win.
“My preference is to stay at Saints but it’s looking doubtful at the moment because nothing has been put on the table as yet,” Flanagan told Sky Sports.
“We’re still in dialogue and I’m taking to a few other clubs but nothing has been sorted.”
