A MAN who admitted criminal damage charges after staging a protest on the roof of St Helens Town Hall will not be sentenced until December.

Shaun Adamson, 33, of Sinclair Avenue, Warrington, was due to be sentenced at Liverpool Crown Court today but the hearing was adjourned until December 11.

Adamson admitted causing £11,000 of damage to the town hall roof during the protest on September 19 at an earlier hearing.
