The Only Way Is Essex hunk Lewis Bloor is to lead a star-studded production of Peter Pan at St Helens Theatre Royal.

Lewis will leave the streets of Brentwood to top the bill here in St Helens for the Corporation Street theatre’s Easter pantomime.

He will join a cast including Laura Gregory as Wendy, Radio City’s Claire Simmo as Tinkerbell, Philip McGuinness as Captain Hook, Charlotte Gallagher as Tigerlilly, Liam Mellor as Smee and Simon Foster as Mrs Smee.

Based on JM Barrie’s timeless classic about the Boy Who Never Grew Up, audiences are invited to join Peter, Wendy and the rest of the crew on their adventures through Neverland.

Lewis said: “I am so excited to be joining the cast of Peter Pan.

“It is the first time to fly in a production so I will be flying high – literally – I am especially looking forward to the flying sequence which is going to be spectacular!”

Theatre manager Chantelle Nolan said: “We are delighted to welcome Lewis to St Helens and hope he will enjoy his panto experience.

“He is perfect for the role of Peter Pan as he has plenty of charm and he is in good hands, joining our stellar crew of panto favourites who always provide

a fabulous family show and are guaranteed to add egg-citement to your Easter half term holidays!”
