A Parr man who was caught behind the wheel while almost three times over the drink drive limit is among those who has appeared before magistrates in St Helens recently.
Kelly Wheeler (32): Morgan Street, St Helens - Stole £300 belonging to Hippodrome Bingo, committing an offence while a suspended sentence order in place: Community order with 28-day curfew, £300 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, supervision order of suspended sentence extended by 12 months.
Gareth Darren Williams (46): Cherry Tree Drive, St Helens - Drink driving with 96 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, drove without insurance: Six-month community order with 40 hours of unpaid work, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs to the CPS, disqualified from driving for 24 months.
Graham Robert Birch (32): Rye Close, Clock Face - Failed to provide a specimen of breath when suspected of having driven a vehicle: £150 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs to the CPS, disqualified from driving for two years.
