Brendan Connolly (69): Gladstone Street, St Helens - Drink driving on Gladstone Street, St Helens, with 284 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood with the legal limit being 80 milligrammes: Disqualified from driving for three years, 16-week community order with curfew, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs to the CPS, £150 criminal courts charge.

Sonia Munro (36): Fernhill Walk, Clock Face: Possession of a kitchen knife in Burnage Avenue, St Helens, without good reason or lawful excuse - Committed to Liverpool Crown Court on December 8.
