Five applications have been submitted to St Helens Council’s planning department.

Ms Julie Bozhurt of 112 Knowsley Road, St Helens, has submitted a planning application to St Helens Council to erect a front wall with posts, gates and decorative iron work at her home.

St Helens Council have granted planning consent for a single storey side and front extension with porch canopy to be built at 11 Pennington Drive, Newton-le-Willows, together with amendments to approved attic conversion, along with roof alterations including creation of rear dormer.

St Helens Council have granted planning consent for the demolition of an existing detached garage at 4 Beech Avenue, Sutton Leach, and for a single storey side extension to be erected.

Approval has been granted by St Helens Council for the demolition of the Liverpool Arms public house, Liverpool Road, St Helens.

A Certificate of Lawfulness has been granted for a front porch extension to be built a 11 Victoria Street, Rainford.
