Stephanie Davis has already sparked rumours of a romance on Celebrity Big Brother - despite having a boyfriend.

The Prescot actress, who left Hollyoaks last year, has been seen flirting with Geordie Shore star, despite public declarations this week about how happy and in love she is with boyfriend, model Sam Reece, who was on First Dates last year.

The 22-year-old admitted it was ‘nice’ to hang out with someone she knew from before the show as the pair had an impromptu picnic in the garden.

Viewers took to Twitter to accuse her of flirting and mentioned the fact she had a boyfriend.

And her previous love life has also got people talking, as she once dated former One Direction member Zayn Malik, but rubbished reports that she was going to “spill the beans” on him in the Celebrity Big Brother (CBB) house.

She said her relationship with Malik was years ago and she could not understand why people “are still bothered”.

She said: “Zayn is a good guy and I’ve not a bad word to say about him, and I know he’s not got a bad word to say about me.

“It lasted five months - is that even a relationship? It ended well. I hope he’s happy now he’s left - I think that’s the best thing he could have done for himself.”

She also added that she thought the public’s perception of her was “horrendous” and that doing Celebrity Big Brother was the “biggest, scariest thing” she could do.

She added: “I think people think I’m like my character, but I couldn’t be any more different. When people do meet me, they’re shocked to see what I’m really like. I just want to be myself.”

Stephanie, who found fame on BBC Talent show Over the Rainbow also revealed that she was due to appear on I’m a Celebrity last November, but had to pull out due to a nut allergy.

She told OK!: “I’d signed the contract and was told a week before that I couldn’t go in.

“I sobbed my heart out. The doctor from Australia made the decision because they said it would be too dangerous. It was 15 minutes to get out the jungle and then an hour to the hospital. They said in that time, if anything happened, I would be dead.”

Catch CBB on Channel Five at 9pm.
