St Helens man damaged communal wall

A 47-year-old St Helens man has appeared in court charged with criminal damage.

Brian Stanley, Prescot Road, St Helens, was found guilty of failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order.

He is was also charged with criminal damage after an incident in which he damaged a communal wall to the value of £250 belonging to Your Housing Group and used threatening behaviour. He was ordered to serve a community order with a 30 day curfew and pay £55 costs.
