Six planning applications before St Helens Council

Planning chiefs in St Helens are currently considering the following six applications.

Mr Abed Eid has submitted a planning application to St Helens Council to build a first floor extension to the rear of his premises in Baldwin Street, St Helens, with new entrance doors on gable elevation together with alterations to the existing shop front.

Mr Charles Potter of Lindord Grove, St Helens has submitted a retrospective application to St helens Council for the retention of existing fence and planting arrangement.

St Helens Council have received a planning application from Mr Andrew Banner of Fern Bank, Rainford, for a proposed single storey rear extension.

Ged Barry has submitted a planning application to St Helens Council to convert the first and second floors of 23A Hardshaw Street, St Helens, to create two, two bedroomed flats and one, one bedroom flat along with the creation of an entrance door on Claughton Street.

Mr Barry Pincock has submitted a planning application to demolish and existing bungalow and erect a new bungalow along with widening of existing access.

St Helens Council have received a planning application from Mr John Lenahan to redevelop an existing bungalow at 23 Car Mill Road, Billinge, to demolish the existing conservatory, build a new first floor to existing property involving raising and reorientation of roof, incorporate front and rear dormer windows and erect two storey side and single storey rear extensions.
