St Helens residents will be jumping for joy after it was announced an exciting new trampoline park will open in the town later this year.
Air Factory will throw open its doors this autumn with a high-flying attraction for residents of all ages.
A former warehouse at Lea Green is being transformed into a leisure facility complete with Olympic-sized trampolines, a massive foam pit, bouncy walls, dodgeball courts and basketball lanes.
Visitors will also be able to joust against their friends in the battle beam zone and test out their reflexes on the ninja warrior course.
At 21,000sq ft the trampoline park is one and a half times the size of a Premier League football pitch and is one of a number of similar attractions which have sprung up in the region in recent years.
Air Factory UK director Bin Chen said: “We’re really excited about bringing such a unique trampolining experience to St Helens.
“Skilled staff will be on hand to ensure a safe environment for both experienced trampoliners and absolute beginners.
“Air Factory will open later than other similar attractions in the area, making it more accessible for early morning sessions and exclusive party nights.
“We’ll also be working closely with local schools and other community organisations to give them the opportunity to use Air Factory as a place to exercise, socialise and gain new trampolining skills.”
The park will have space for 100 users as well as a cafe and an events space to be hired out for parties and corporate team-building trips.
The ticket prices are currently being finalised.
