A ST Helens man has admitted dangerous driving following a crash which claimed the life of a grandmother.

Peter Knowles, 22, of King Edward Road, Rainhill, pleaded guilty to dangerous driving when he appeared at Liverpool Crown Court last Thursday (February 28).
