WITH 2016 just around the corner, have you decided what you will change next year?
Whether you’ve never made a resolution before, or firmly stick to them with each year that goes by, you can’t help but think about what you want to change over the next 12 months.
According to research by the Discovery Channel, the number one resolution for adults in the UK is to lose weight.
But is that what you will be pledging to do this year?
Two thousand people were questioned to make the top 10 list, which also includes quitting smoking, finding a new partner and adopting a vegetarian or vegan diet.
The list is:
1. Lose weight (35%)
2. Get fit (31%)
3. Travel more (15%)
4. Get a new job (11%)
5. Stop/reduce drinking alcohol (8%)
6. Do volunteering (6%)
7. Find a new partner (7%)
8. Stop smoking (5%)
9. Start giving/give more to charity (4%)
10. Go vegan/vegetarian (1%)
