Councillors on Eccleston Parish Council have agreed to allow Mill Brown Nature Reserve to be used for a new craze, geocaching.

It is proposed to place a small plastic container within park. In geocaching - sometimes known as a global treasure hunt - participants use GPS equipment such as a smart phone to find containers.

Councillors voted in favour of the move on a trial.
