The funeral of a well-known face on the amateur rugby league scene takes place next week.

Bernard Hill, known to his friends as Archie, passed away this week aged 83.

The former Pilkington Recs player’s funeral takes place on Tuesday, April 14, at Our Ladies Portico at midday.
