Residents have the chance to share their views on St Helens Council’s waste and recycling service

The online survey is live now and will run until Tuesday, March 30.

Details of the survey have also been emailed to current garden waste permit holders, around 25,000 households.

Councillor Andy Bowden, St Helens Borough Council’s Cabinet Member for Transport and Environment, said: “We are committed to delivering a quality waste and recycling service to our community, and ensuring it plays its part in tackling climate change by working with residents to recycle where we can.

"This is why we regularly take on board feedback from our residents on waste and recycling in the borough, but we also want to get a much wider view of how residents use these services and how they feel about them.

“So please let us know in the online form today. It will only take a few minutes of your time and could help us to shape these services in the future.”
