Not only will the 21-year-old be working at EON Reality’s European headquarters in Newton Heath she will also study for a degree in computer science and business studies. And Emma has urged more like-minded women to join her.
She said: “I have learnt so many new skills on this course. It’s been a brilliant experience. I have quite a logical brain, so learning to create and manipulate 3D models has been fascinating.

Ken Swain, EON Reality’s Managing Director in the UK added: “Emma is the youngest of ten students from the current course that we have been able to offer a 3D developer job to, and the only lady.
“She worked extremely hard and is passionate about 3D content creation. In September we will be welcoming our next intake of students to the EON Reality - VR Innovation Academy.
“Upon completion of the programme, over half of the successful students will be recruited to join the EON Reality team. We still have a few places available for the next course.”
