A ST Helens man who allowed his dog to be dangerously out of control has pleaded guilty in court.
Patrick Needham, of Dorothy Street, appeared St Helens Magistrates’ Court last week representing himself.
Needham’s German shepherd must be stay on a lead and be muzzled when it is in public.
A member of the public suffered minor injuries after the incidennt on Dorothy Street on April 26.
Needham was also ordered to pay £40 costs.
