St Helens man among four charged with firearms offences

Four men have been charged, including a 24-year-old from St Helens, following the recovery of a firearm in Toxteth on Thursday night (March 11, 2021)

Thomas Lawler, 50, of Corinto Street, Toxteth has been charged with Selling/Transferring a prohibited weapon and possession of ammunition

Sefer Allushi, 26 years, of no fixed abode and Erald Sida, 31 years, of Nursery Road, Bloxwich, Walsall, were both charged with Selling/Transferring a prohibited weapon and possession of a firearm.

Two other people, a 23-year-old man from Toxteth and a 45-year-old woman from Gateacre have been released under investigation.
