An event is being held to highlight support services available for people with cancer.
Macmillan Cancer Support is holding the event for people living with and beyond cancer at Nightingale House at Whiston Hospital on April 18 from 9.30am until 2pm.
There will be free complementary therapy taster sessions and health checks at the drop in event which will highlight what support is available for people with cancer, their carers, relatives, friends and health professionals.
Attendees will have the opportunity to ask our professionals anything they need to know about cancer care and life after treatment, including self-management survivorship courses.
The event will host a variety of teams including clinical nurse specialists, macmillan professionals, cancer support groups, work and benefit specialists, nutritionist, carer support and counselling.
