Book of condolence opened at St Helens town hall

Town hall chiefs in St Helens have opened a book of condolence for town residents to show their support for the 96 victims of the Hillsborough disaster.

The book will be displayed in St Helens town hall from tomorrow (Wednesday).

The mayor and mayoress, Councillors Steve and Lynn Glover, as well as chief executive Make Palin will be among the first to sign the book.

It will be open to members of the public at the main reception in St Helens town hall weekdays between 9am and 5pm.
