MEGAN Armstrong has been offered a place at a prestigious London talent school.

The 18-year-old singer will start a three-year course at the Art Education School next year.

And she’s already getting plenty of experience on the big stage - after performing at the Halliwell Jones stadium on Saturday prior to the Co-Operative Grand Final.

“I started dancing when I was five and that has led to singing, acting and naturally progressed to musical theatre,” said Megan, who is the sister of Saints starlet Tom.

“I was involved in a lot of shows from a young age and from there took dance, drama, media and English at Winstanley College.

“I have deferred my place to get the finance together for the fees and want to keep on performing as I do that. Appearing at the Grand Final is a step towards this and I am very excited.”

She has also been signed up by NB Sports Management, the same company which represent Saints’ star Jon Wilkin, to win more concert spots.
