Alex takes up the post of senior mechanical design engineer at the Whitehills Blackpool based business, and is one of two senior additions to the design team.

He is one of two appointments, which come as Ameon confirms new contract gains for 2021, worth £35 million, and joins the business from mechanical and electrical contractor, Futureserv; where he held a similar post.

Alex graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a Masters degree in Building Services Engineering, and will work on a series of prestigious projects in the development

hotspots of Liverpool and Manchester.

Married, he is a keen sports fan and avid supporter of Everton FC.

Commenting on the appointment, Ameon commercial director, Adam Sutton, said: “We’re delighted to have Alex on board. He brings a wealth of experience to a team already vastly

experienced on high profile commercial and residential contracts across the UK.

"And he’ll hit the ground running, with involvement in mechanical systems design projects across the region, including working on a number of significant projects for premier Manchester city centre residential developments, forming part of the city’s regeneration blueprint.”
