Eastmond and Graham to start final

Kyle Eastmond and James Graham have again been named in England coach Tony Smith's starting line-up for Saturday's Gillette Four Nations Final at Elland Road, Leeds.
Saints' team-mates Jon Wilkin and James Roby are among the substitutes in a 17-man squad unchanged from the one which toppled world champions New Zealand 20-12 at Huddersfield last weekend.
