A body has been found in the grounds of St Mary's Lowe House Church.
The 51-year-old man was discovered by a passer-by at 11.15am on Friday (August 1).

Police and forensics cordoned off the scene, by Crab Street.

The body is yet to be identified, although officers do have a name and are waiting to get it confirmed.

It is believed he may have died of natural causes. A post mortem will be conducted over the weekend.

A police spokesman said: "We are not treating the death as suspicious and we believe matters will be sent to the coroner."
