ST George Illawarra Dragons have confirmed that former Saints prop Mose Masoe will be sidelined for the majority of the season after suffering a serious knee injury during training at WIN Stadium, Wollongong on Wednesday.

The Toa Samoa international has since undergone scans which have unfortunately confirmed a torn Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) in his right knee which requires immediate surgery.

“Unfortunately, we can confirm that Mose has suffered an ACL injury at training during training on Wednesday that will require surgery and a six month rehabilitation period,” said Dragons Head of Medical & Performance Tony Ayoub.
