Sophia Flemming (24): Campion Close, St, Helens – Drink driving with 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres if breath, with legal limit being 35 microgrammes. Fined £120, victim surcharge of £20, £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, criminal courts charge of £150, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Peter Mark Jones (35): Shaw Lane, Prescot – Drink driving with 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, legal limit 35 microgrammes. Fined £80, victim surcharge of £20, £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, criminal courts charge of £150, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.
