Ronald Arthur Cook (58): Litherland Crescent, St Helens - Assaulted Andrea Prescot and Jill Dixonm by beating, harassment of Thomas Prescott: 12-week community order and curfew, restraining order not to approach the victims or enter Charles Street, St Helens, £60 victim surchagre, £500 costs to the CPS.

Lynette Anne Forshaw (42): Nutgrove Road, St Helens - Stole Castel wine and bubblegum to the value of £7 from B&M stores: £50 fine, £30 victim surcharge.
