A number of St Helens home-owners have taken advantage of Taylor Wimpey’s part exchange scheme to upsize to the house-builder’s Cunningham Grange development with complete ease.
The popular incentive, which alleviates the stress of selling on the open market, has given a considerable number of families in the area a leg up the property ladder.
Sarah and Matthew Basinger relocated to Cunningham Grange with their two children and now reside in a four bed house thanks to the scheme.
