A 45-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder Jason Osu.
Mr Osu, 31, was shot as he parked his car in Wavertree, Liverpool, on November 19 last year. He died in hospital a week later as a result of his injuries.
Police say a car stolen from outside Queens Park Leisure Centre in St Helens was used as a getaway vehicle after the trained pilot - a father-of-two - was gunned down on Beauclair Drive.
Five other people, three men and two women, have been arrested in connection with the investigation for other matters including fraud, possession of controlled drugs and cultivation of cannabis.
All six people have been spoken to and have subsequently been bailed pending further inquiries.
