A ST Helens man and a Prescot man were among eight people charged with drugs offences last week following a series of police raids.
James Joyce, 29, of Clarkes Crescent, Eccleston, and Michael Bassett, 30, of Longmeadow Road, Prescot, both appeared before Magistrates in Liverpool last Friday (November 30).
Both men stand accused of conspiracy to supply class A drugs and cannabis. Neither defendant was required to enter a plea.
The duo are next due before Liverpool Crown Court - alongside six Liverpool men arrested as part of the same operation - for a preliminary hearing on December 14.
