A LOCAL housebuilder is commemorating the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee year by naming its exciting new Cowley Hill based development ‘Jubilee Gardens’.
The name is especially fitting as Henderson Homes will celebrate its own Diamond Jubilee in 2013, when construction on the new homes will be completed.
The arrival of ‘Jubilee Gardens’ in the area gives home-seekers another reason to celebrate this summer. Each of the 11 detached and semi detached homes offered is competitively priced from just £210,000 and provides a superior standard of build and specification fit for a Queen (or King).
While built using the traditional values and quality craftsmanship upon which the company was founded and has flourished, homes at Jubilee Gardens have been designed to suit modern day tastes and lifestyles.
A choice of four different house types is offered, each providing spacious living accommodation over three levels such as an entrance hall with cloakroom/wc, a contemporary open plan kitchen/diner incorporating integrated appliances, a lounge with patio doors to a rear garden, a family bathroom and four bedrooms, with an en-suite to the master.
Henderson Homes has been building in St Helens since it was established in 1953.
This third generation homebuilder is still a family owned business and is looking forward to it’s own anniversary celebrations next year. Managing director Max Henderson said: “When my grandfather first started building homes he was doing so amidst the Queen’s Coronation celebrations.
“Despite the peaks and troughs of the property market, I am very proud that 60 years later, Henderson Homes is still providing high quality homes for the people of St Helens.
“Naming the development Jubilee Gardens celebrates the Queen’s achievements but, when completed, it will also commemorate our own,” adds Max.
Two properties at Jubilee Gardens have already been reserved. For more information visit www.hendersonhomes.co.uk or call 01565 832786.
