St Helens adoption service will be holding an information evening event at the town hall later this month.
There are many children in desperate need of a loving family across the three WWiSH authorities, but in the last year 50 children in St Helens found forever families.
Coun Andy Bowden, St Helens Council’s Cabinet for Children, Families, Young People and Education said: “Most people who are interested in adoption recognise that children need a loving a secure home as quickly as possible.
“If you think you could provide a loving home for someone, then I would urge you to get in touch with the WWiSH team. The benefits are simply invaluable.”
Members of the adoption service will be present in the town hall assembly room from 5.30pm to 7.30pm on Wednesday 22 March, with a presentation starting at 5.45pm.
