WE’VE got two family tickets to giveaway to see the fantastic children’s show How To Catch a Star at the Citadel this Saturday (May 18).

The show is on at 11.30am and 2.30pm and lasts for around one hour.

You may already know the children’s book, written by Oliver Jeffers, which tells the story of a boy who loved stars so much he decided to try to catch one ... but first he had to think of a plan. You’ll be able to watch him make an incredible journey across land, sea and skies in his search for a very special starry friend.

The show brings the book to life on the stage with music, puppets and storytelling. It’s a wonderful, funny and gentle show for children aged three to seven, and is sure to captivate all grown–ups who’ve ever gazed in wonder at the stars.

It’s presented by the Blunderbus Theatre Company who travel around the UK bringing magical shows to children and families.

Look out for the Big Imaginations logo - you will see it across 15 venues in the North West.

Each of the venues that promotes the logo is family friendly and pays special attention to the needs of the younger audience.

As a member of the Big Imaginations Children’s Theatre Touring Network we are dedicated to bringing brilliant children’s theatre to the North West, so you can be assured of the quality of the company when booking your show.
