Build a single storey extension to the rear of 23 School Lane, Ashton.

Change the use of an existing doctors surgery at Park House, 55 Higher Parr Street, St Helens, to form three retail units with new shop frontages.

Change use from offices to a larger house of multiple occupation (14 bedrooms) at 1 Wynne Road, St Helens.

Erect two detached houses with associated works on land between Culburn and Newby, Warrington Road, Bold Heath.

Remodelling of existing site to provide 11 amenity buildings and one day room along with replacement boundary treatments to all site boundaries on land adjacent to land east of caravan park, Sherdley road, st helens.

The removal of one chimney stack and rebuild four chimney stacks along with replacement first floor windows at Fishwick House, Cotham Street, St Helens.
