THIS fantastic team shot shows the Grange Park rugby league team from 1949/50.

It was kindly sent in by Bill Evans, now of Warrington, who is pictured one from the left on the middle row.

On the back row, from left to right, is Dan Connelly, Tom Myers, Bill Platt, Frank Platt, Jack Dickson and Trevor Foster.

The middle row consists of Jack Leyland, Bill Evans, Jim Finn, George (Josh) Maloney and Joe Wadsworth.

Tom Finn and James Webster are pictured sitting down at the front.
