MEET Clock Face’s housing heroes ... Helena Homes’s neighbourhood team on the Four Acre estate who have won a top induistry award.
They were named Frontline Housing Team of the Year at the Housing Heroes Awards.
The estate is among the most deprived in the country but has seen significent reductions in nuisance fires and criminal damage since the team’s launch in 2009.
Senior neighbour manager Neil Fairhurst said: “The positive changes we’ve seen in the aspirations of residents and physical environment of the estate since re:new Four Acre launched four years ago have been simply staggering.
“The neighbourhood team and our partners continue to live and breathe their work and now the results are speaking for themselves.”
