A ST Helens pub has re-opened its doors following a £200,000 makeover.
The Carr Mill has re-opened as the town’s first-ever Flaming Grill, with the creation of 10 full and part-time jobs.
General manager Lynsey Owens said the pub would remain a local but would now offer an exciting food range, boasting an authentic chargrill at the heart of its kitchen.
She said: “We are so excited to be the first Flaming Grill in St Helens and are determined to bring to our guests, both old and new, a sense of theatre on a plate.
“We will still be a community local but with the added bonus of serving flaming good food. We are ready for a change and the new menu will be fantastic!”
The Carr Mill’s re-opened with a Wild West-themed day last weekend.
