Blues favourite Connie Lush is set to return by popular demand to the Citadel this weekend.
Connie, widely regarded as one of the finest blues singers the UK has ever produced, is set to perform at the Waterloo Street venue on Saturday night (February 7).
Fresh from being voted Best UK Female Vocalist by Blues In Britain readers on five separate occasions, Connie earned a richly deserved spot in the publication's Gallery of Greats.
She is also increasingly recognised on the continent, particularly in France, where she beat allcomers at the French Blues Trophies awards to the title of European Singer of the Year in 2002.
Connie, who's a highly accomplished songwriter, has also penned a number of TV show themes and featured as a DJ on Jazz FM.
Supported by multi-talented soul singer Christina Malley, it promises to be a great show.
Tickets are on sale now priced £12, with £10 concessions.
