One of Scotland's finest blues bands are set to make a welcome return to the Citadel this Saturday (May 30) by popular demand.
The Nimmo Brothers haven't played in St Helens since 2007.
Having impressed audiences throughout Europe with their electrifying stage show, Stevie and Alan Nimmo, with help from Mat Beable on bass and Dave Raeburn on drums are back on tour again promoting their latest album, Picking up the Pieces.
And the Citadel gig is your only chance to see them live in the North West in 2009.
Over the past decade The Nimmo Brothers have proved themselves one of the best modern blues bands in the UK - but it is from the blues boom of the 1960's that they drew their first influences, inspired by idols
Fleetwood Mac and the Bluesbreakers.
Tickets for the Citadel gig are on sale now priced £10 and £8 for concessions.
To book your tickets, or find out more, contact the Citadel Box Office on 01744 735436, or go online at www.citadel.org.uk
