Well what can I say! the worst customer service i have ever experienced. The member of staff that i dealt with was obnoxious and arrogant, spoke down to us as customers. Talked over us. despite us wanting to put £2k of business their way.......Never again!
the shop was empty of customers and now I know why!!!!

Yes I have to agree with happyfood,the owner is not a good advert for smiling.
They have moved around the corner now into a bigger shop.
Not been in there yet,but it does look inviting.

Very happy with the service I was given today. I called in looking for a pair of earrings for my Mums birthday. I drove the fella crackers he had out about 12 pairs of earrings for me to view all at once. In the end I got a lovely pair of earrings. Very happy with the service I received. I would deffo recommend this shop to anyone.

I disagree with 'happyfood'. I've been a customer of Gibney's for years, have built up a 'rapport' with the owner and have also had a few pieces designed as gifts and have never had any hassle or felt 'rushed'. In fact I shall be going back there shortly for advice on another piece.

Nice independent jewellers that make some of there own jewellery, they do have some really nice things but for me it does lack luster. They stock all the usual things you would expect to find in a jewellers and it’s nicely set out, but a bit compact inside for me. I have looked in here loads of times when I have been shopping for presents or ear rings for myself but I have never seen anything I really liked so I have never actually bought anything from here yet. One other thing that has put me off buying from here is the owner has always been there when Ive called in and I have always found him to be abrupt, no time to show you anything or he has something better to do. I dont like that, we all need time to select that something special and it might not always be on the first tray we see.
